how did this whole thing start?

our founder, russell, has been a tea drinker his whole life. after a trip to china, numerous tea tastings / ceremonies, hours spent in youtube rabbit holes, and successfully introducing a number of friends to quality teas, he decided it would be a fun project to set up a tea stand and sell brewed teas to his neighbors in park slope, brooklyn. we’ve come a long way since week 1!
