hot brew instructions:
1-2 tbsp (4-6g) per 6oz (175ml) water, 175F for 45 seconds
steep up to four times, increasing temperature and/or brew length with each steep. unlike other green teas, genmaicha can be brewed with boiling water if preferred.

storage: keep sealed in an airtight container away from odors, light, moisture, and heat. storage is recommended either in a tea canister or in resealed original packaging.
