our sencha is a first harvest green tea sourced from a small family farm located in a village of approximately 1,000 people in fukuoka, japan. the tea produces a vivid green liquor with strong notes of umami, balanced by a bright, pleasant astringency. tender steamed leaves yield a clean vegetal aroma and a full-bodied mouthfeel that persists through multiple infusions, each steeping retaining clarity of flavor. this sencha displays the freshness and minerality of its terroir while the farm’s careful processing preserves both the vivid color and freshness of a first harvest green tea, making it an ideal cup for mindful sipping throughout the day.
